APPETIZERS

PIEROGIES  $12

Served with caramelized onions, sour cream and fresh herbs.

Choice of minced pork or sauerkraut and mushroom or potato farmer cheese or potato and onion or potato and feta cheese.


PELMENI  $12

Filled with minced pork and beef.  Served with a sour cream and fresh dill sauce.


MAIN COURSES

Mains are served with either spaetzle or mashed potatoes and with one vegetable side of your choice.


SCHNITZEL  $29

250 gram center cut pork loin fillet, expertly pounded, hand breaded then pan fried and served with a lemon wedge.

Add Jaeger sauce (chunky sauteed mushrooms with red wine and herbs) for $6.


BEEF GOULASH  $29

Slowly stewed beef sirloin with onions, hearty paprika, red wine and warm spices.


BEEF ROULADEN  $29

bacon, onion, carrot and dill pickle wrapped in a thin sheet of beef served with a Dijon and red wine sauce.


CABBAGE ROLLS  $28

Large cabbage leaves stuffed with minced pork, rice, caramelized onions and gentle spices cooked in a light tomato sauce.


CHICKEN PAPRIKASH  $28

Chicken thighs slowly stewed in onions, sweet paprika and sour cream.  Best accompanied by spaetzle.


SPAETZLE  $29

Fresh egg noodles handmade daily.  Served with fried smoked sausage, double smoked bacon, edam cheese and caramelized onions.

Vegetarian version is available for $24.
